Beyond The Light – Gallery Terms of Service

1. Ownership & Copyright

All images and video content in this gallery are the exclusive property of Beyond The Light and are protected by U.S. copyright laws. No ownership rights are transferred unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. License & Usage

Media is provided for the Client’s approved use only, as outlined in the applicable agreement or Scope of Work. Unless otherwise specified: Content may be used for marketing, social media, and internal

purposes. Content may not be sold, sublicensed, or transferred to third parties without written consent. Extended usage (e.g., paid advertising, broadcast, large-scale campaigns) may require additional licensing.

3. Third-Party Use

Vendors, partners, and attendees may not download, use, or distribute content without prior written approval from Beyond The Light and/or the Client.

4. Alterations & Edits

Images and videos may not be altered, edited, or modified beyond basic cropping or resizing without prior approval. This includes applying filters, color changes, or overlays that alter the original look of the content.

5. Credit

Where reasonably possible (especially on social media), credit should be given to Beyond The Light.

6. Model & Appearance Releases

Client is responsible for securing any necessary permissions, releases, or consents from individuals appearing in the content, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Delivery & Archival

Beyond The Light will maintain archives of delivered content for a limited time. Long-term storage is not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all final media.

8. Prohibited Uses

Content may not be used in a defamatory, misleading, or unlawful manner, in connection with sensitive topics without prior approval, or in any way that misrepresents the Client, Beyond The Light, or individuals depicted.

9. Acceptance of Terms

Use of this gallery constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
